Welcome to Elements University Business Model and Propositions course.  This course will take you through the Elements market and how the propositions are positioned for the different customer personas.

There are a number of learning objectives:

  • LO1-1: Understand the way that SaaS software is licensed and purchased.
  • LO1-2: Be aware of the common acronyms used for SaaS software.
  • LO1-3: Understand why customers buy Elements.
  • LO1-4: Recognize the buying cultures and why customers struggle to budget and buy Elements.
  • LO1-5: Be able to explain the benefits of Elements from a customer’s perspective
  • LO1-6: Be able to describe the different propositions and how they relate to a customer.
