To ensure that all staff understand the Elements Space model and how to administer it. This includes mananging users, roles, and controlling access to content along with a grounding in the capabilities provided by the Space Management interface

To ensure that all staff understand principles of the UPN process modelling notation, the power of the approach and why it is different to other approaches.
How Elements supports UPN and the capabilities of Elements to manage the content and deploy it to users.

To ensure that staff understand the concepts behind the different types of data models, why understanding the real world as data is so important and the modelling notation to capture this knowledge.

This course describes the way Elements is built, the different components that make up the product and the approach to install, debug issues and manage the application.
The Salesforce sync process is a key component of the product and is a complex process that runs in a number of different phases. Students will understand the structure of the sync, the security models and the reason why the sync might fail along with how to fix them.

Students will understand what the Org Discovery proposition is and how to present and position it.
The course then takes the student through how to use Elements to run an Org discovery process

Students will understand what the Org Management proposition is and how to present and position it.
The course then takes the student through how to use Elements to support the Org Management lifecycle from development of requirements, through Story discovery, the impact and risk assessment phase through to deployment of content to end users.
The course will also cover the integrations with products like Jira, Copado and DevOps Center.

Students will understand the Elements process and data models so that they can understand how we operational run the core business.
They will then be understand how Salesforce has been configured to support that operating model
Finally, they will explore how we use Elements ourselves to change and enhance our operating model and our configuration of salesforce.
